SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst Journeyman

Location: Fort Shafter, HI

Job Type: Full- Time

Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Journeyman SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support our customer on site at Ft. Shafter, HI. The Journeyman SIGINT Target Digital Network Analyst will Perform the full spectrum of SIGINT analysis from various sources to answer senior decisionmaker and warfighter Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Applies technical, regional, and consulting skills and SIGINT expertise as part of a team that provides SIGINT reporting to our client’s Requests for Information (RFIs).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of SGA experience, or Associate’s degree and 7+ years of SGA experience, HS diploma/GED and 9+ years of SGA experience.
    • Total years of relevant experience in the Intelligence Profession will be considered. NCS Courses and MCCEP phase completions can be used to supplement degrees/experience.
  • Proven experience using Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) analytic techniques.
  • Experience using Analysis and Production tools such as Haven, DX TP, IDS, GV.
  • Experience researching, developing, and analyzing target networks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet mission requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Experience working in an NSA facility or COCOM (CENTCOM, EUCOM, INDOPACOM, AFRICOM).
  • Experience authoring and editing product reports.
  • Completion of a military service MOS 35N/AFSC/NOS or IC tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
  • Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program phase II-IV

  • Normal office environment.

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,500.00 to $104,500.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
